Night Night!

Windsor's new favorite game is called night-night. This means he throws all his guys on the floor, makes Jeff and me lay down with them, and then covers us all with mooks. Mooks are blankets. Here is some night-night mook fun from a few weeks ago.

Starting the Long Process of Catching Up!

It's been an embarrassingly long time since I posted anything, so let me say: sorry, grandparents! Now, let's move on.

Windsor turned two on April 23, and over that weekend had a little party at the park. The actual party photos are on my home computer and for some reason the home computer does not like Blogger, so here is a picture of the cupcakes we ate. Windsor has a love/hate relationship with his swing. Did you know Windsor loves to wear hats? Even fuzzy blue pimp hats (procured at the Dollar Tree) while shopping at SteinMart? I swear, he applied this himself.

New Videos!

Here are a couple of new videos of our favorite boy.

This is Windsor being super helpful in the kitchen yesterday as I cooked dinner.

In this quick one, he shows us his giant Elmo balloon before stopping for a juice break, which he heartily enjoys.

Screwdriver in the Ear? Anyone?

Yesterday Windsor came into the kitchen holding a screwdriver. He said, "Ear? Ear?" and for some reason wanted to jam it into my ear. I took it from him and put it in my own ear, then in his (at his insistence). Usually I'm pretty good at figuring out what his line of reasoning is, but a screwdriver in the ear? No clue.

He also pronounces "bunny" as "buddy," which is just all kinds of adorable.

Oh! And last night, he made Elmo kiss all the dining room chairs goodnight.

Catching Up.

During daycare spring break, Windsor's Grammy came to keep him. She wore him out, as evidenced by this (note the glasses):

She also introduced him to his first popsicle:

Windsor is fond of running through the bushes that separate our house and our neighbor's house. After school, he runs around and around, through one side

And out the other.

Windsor and his dad ran the St. Paddy's day 5K!

Afterwards, they admired the blooming trees.

Other things Windsor is up to:

He loves all things Elmo, but has equal room in his heart for Ernie. He likes Bert too, but Ernie and Elmo are the best.
The other night, he kissed all the dining room chairs goodnight.
This morning, I'm pretty sure he said "Who dat?" and pointed to someone in a book.
